As an owner, James focuses on vesting his team and advisors with every possible tool and resource to be at the top of the industry. As a member of the community with strong roots, you can find James with his family relaxing by the pool or working around the yard when not in the office.
My Story
James began his career as a corporate contracted agent with a focus on Senior
products. He rose to the top ranks very quickly and saw so many good agents leave
the business. He started training agents to be successful at the corporate level. They
have gone on to now be the Top Independent Agents in the state of Tennessee. He
decided to also leave the corporate life and help more agents to rise to the Top of
the industry.
